Smith and Co. Jewel Design will try to repair any item that is purchased. Please email orders@smithandcojeweldesign.com on how to handle repairs. In your email please include your name, order number, phone number, and a description of what needs to be repaired. Please include a photo of the item as well to expedite repair process. Items damaged not due to defect in manufacturing may be subject to repair charge based on the damaged item. We are not responsible for items that are returned for repair and lost or damaged during transit.

We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations.

Due to an extensive collection of pieces, we are unable to carry the entire line online. However, we are constantly adding new items, so check back often to see new pieces as they become available.

Exercising appropriate care will help ensure the longevity of each piece. Please try to prevent jewelry from coming into direct contact with harsh chemicals, including but not limited to chlorine, perfume, lotion, detergent, and other cleaning agents. Additionally, exposure to water, perspiration, excessive heat, light, or moisture will deteriorate the quality of metal plating.

Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and made individually unique. Many of the materials placed within the pieces of jewelry may slightly vary in size and tent of color.
